Minimal Environmental Impact. Cooperation with Indigenous Governments and Other Key Interests.
Three of First Tellurium’s Core Values relate directly to our mandate for social and environmental responsibility:
Stewardship – Responsible growth with minimal environmental impact, strong community relations, particularly with Indigenous and host communities. Contribute to the advancement of clean, renewable energy and clean technologies.
Respect – treat employees, suppliers, shareholders and all other stakeholders respectfully and honourably.
Ethics – Operate with integrity, fairness, honesty.
Our “small-mine” strategy for the Deer Horn Project is expected to result in a minimal environmental footprint. Additionally, planning for a smaller and more efficient project enhances cooperation with, and assistance from, federal, provincial, local and Indigenous governments.
The expected output of silver and tellurium from the Deer Horn Project would contribute to the advancement of clean, renewable energy and clean technologies.
