FENIX ADVANCED MATERIALS
Providing a Secure, Reliable and Domestic Source of Tellurium and Other Critical Minerals
First Tellurium and its subsidiary PyroDelta Energy have established a strategic supply partnership with Fenix Advanced Materials to secure high-purity (up to ~99.9999 %) tellurium and other critical minerals essential for manufacturing PyroDelta’s advanced thermoelectric generators and related technologies. Fenix—one of the few global producers of ultra-high-purity metals—will be the preferred supplier, helping ensure stable, North American sourced materials and reducing reliance on volatile foreign supply chains. In addition to supply, Fenix may provide technical support as First Tellurium advances commercialization.
CHEONA METALS/ INDIGENOUS PARTNERSHIP
A Partnership to conduct mineral exploration on Indigenous territory in Northern British Columbia.
First Tellurium has partnered with Cheona Metals and Indigenous mineral exploration entrepreneur Mr. Allen Edzerza to explore highly prospective areas of northern British Columbia.
Cheona has also partnered with Washington, DC-based RESOLVE, one of the world’s leading social and environmental organizations, to support the first Yukon placer mine restoration under the Salmon GoldTM label. Cheona’s agreement with RESOLVE is to search for and identify sites eligible to participate in mining and restoration under the Salmon Gold program. Gold produced under the agreement will be purchased by Apple and Tiffany as part of a responsible gold initiative.
