A Revolution in Clean Energy Generation.

Solid-State Power

Thermoelectric generators (TEGs) are solid-state devices with no moving parts.

Heat-to-Electricity
Conversion

They generate electricity by converting a temperature difference directly into electrical power.

Seebeck Effect

This conversion happens through the Seebeck effect.

PyroDelta’s flat and tubular TEGs withstand far higher temperatures, and are more robust and versatile, than conventional TEGs on the market today.

Proprietary, low-cost Capillary Casting manufacturing process (patents pending) means our generators can be produced economically in North America—keeping our technology on home turf.

“There is no other technology or device on the market like ours, and I believe we’re about to change the whole thermoelectric industry.”

Michael Abdelmaseh, Head Engineer for PyroDelta

Key Application: Heavy Payload Drones for Industry and Defense

Flat TEG supplies supplemental power to extend drone range.

  • Attaches to the engine exhaust manifolds, using heat differentials to charge the batteries that power all the drone’s onboard electronics.
  • Replaces heavy magneto assembly and weighs 80% less.

PyroDelta has entered the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) DARPA Lift Challenge, a US$6.5 million competition seeking novel drone designs that can solve one of vertical heavy lift aviation’s toughest problems: the payload-to-weight ratio.

Key Application: AI Data Centers

Our tubular device uses the liquid that AI data centers deploy in their immersion cooling processes, passing it through a unique radiator tube. The temperature differential from the hot liquid generates electricity silently and consistently, with no moving parts.

The additional electricity is used to supplement the facility’s power requirements, saving money and energy.
